Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC and the state have attached great importance to energy security.General Secretary Xi Jinping has coordinated development and security, put forward a holistic view of national security, stressed that energy security is an overall and strategic issue, defined the new national energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions,One Cooperation",and actively promoted the work of peaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,China’s energy industry has accelerated its transformation to green and low-carbon,the energy supply and demand structure has continued to improve, the level of external energy cooperation has been significantly improved, and the country’s energy security capabilities have been effectively strengthened. The world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.China, which is at the new starting point of the "14th Five-Year Plan",is facing problems such as high dependence on foreign oil, tension between energy supply and demand, insufficient development of new energy technologies, and high carbon emissions. To solve the problems,it is necessary to follow General Secretary Xi Jinping’s relevant discussion on energy security, combined with the goal of peaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality, and analyze China’s energy security situation from three dimensions of international politics, economy and technology from the perspective of Marxism and co-opetitionism as a new analysis tool.Among them, the international political dimension mainly includes the status of cooperation between China and the United States,Russia, the European Union, and India, four representative economies in the global energy field. It also discusses the general situation of energy interaction between China and Central Asia, the Middle East. And the energy game between the United States and Russia has accelerated the transformation of the global energy supply and demand pattern, which has a great impact on China’s energy security. The economic dimension mainly includes that in the current international energy trade environment, the international oil system is still centered on the US dollar, which limits the expansion of China’s energy trade, while the fluctuation of international energy prices and the lack of China’s influence in the global energy governance system exacerbate the risks of China’s energy trade. The technical dimension mainly includes that compared with the international advanced level,China’s energy development technology innovation is insufficient, the digital transformation of energy needs to be further developed, and the impact of technology on China’s energy security is more profound. On this basis, the effective ways to ensure China’s energy security are proposed.Based on the domestic status,China should continue to steadily advance the new national energy security strategy of "Four Revolutions,One Cooperation",actively give play to China’s resource conditions, capital advantages, and technological potential, promote the transformation of the national energy structure, accelerate the innovation of energy technology, and improve the energy security system in the direction of building an energy power.By strengthening the construction of land and sea energy transportation channels, promoting the diversification of energy sources and accelerating the pace of my country’s construction of a global energy trading center,China should use the "Belt and Road" initiative to build an energy cooperation community.China should deeply participate in global energy governance, strongly maintain external energy security environment, shape the new advantages of international competition and cooperation in energy security.
