Industrial tourism is a green industry that integrates industry and tourism.At present,the rigid constraints of environmental protection are forcing the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,thus promoting the development of industrial tourism.However,due to the continuation of the epidemic and changes in tourists’ consumption concepts,the development of ZX’s industrial tourism service quality has been affected to a certain extent.Service quality is the core competitiveness of the tourism industry.Only by improving service quality and enhancing tourist satisfaction can we promote the sustainable,healthy,green and high-quality development of industrial tourism.Therefore,scientific,systematic and refined evaluation of the quality of industrial tourism services and the formulation of effective improvement strategies have become the key to improving the efficiency of ZX Company,which will also provide a certain degree of reference for the high-quality development of industrial tourism enterprises.This study takes ZX company’s industrial tourism as an example,and introduces service quality management,the purpose is to improve the ZX company’s industrial tourism service quality.Firstly,through literature review and analysis,the relevant theoretical basis of service quality,industrial tourism service quality and service quality gap model are expounded respectively.Secondly,based on the service quality gap model and SERVQUAL evaluation scale,a ZX company’s industrial tourism service quality evaluation index system including 22 indicators in five dimensions is established.Combined with the investigation and research method,the statistical software SPSS is used to analyze the gap between the expected value and the actual perceived value,and it is found that there is still much room for improvement in the quality of ZX’s industrial tourism service.And use the analytic hierarchy process to find out the weight of each dimension and index,and find out the key influencing factors.Thirdly,the problems and influencing factors that have been improved after analysis and summary are mainly in five aspects: the problems existing in the quality of ZX’s industrial tourism services are specifically concentrated in the physical part of the service;the ability to reliably and accurately provide the promised services;willingness to Help tourists and provide timely services;service personnel are trustworthy and caring and provide personalized services for tourists.Finally,specific strategies are put forward for the problems existing in ZX company’s industrial tourism service management.In addition,the results also found that there are some deficiencies in the service management guarantee of ZX Company,and formulated five guarantee measures such as rational planning and development,and optimizing the system.The purpose is to strive to improve the quality of ZX’s industrial tourism services,increase the diversification of benefits,and realize the coordinated development of service quality and benefits.This research is not only conducive to the high-quality development of ZX’s industrial tourism,but also helps to enhance the company’s core competitiveness,with a view to providing reference and reference for other companies’ industrial tourism to improve service quality in the future.
