Research On Financial Risk Management Of QF Urban Investment Compan

Local government financing platform play an important role of China’s economic development in the 21 st century.Its emergence accelerates the pace of China’s urbanization process,promotes the vigorous development of China’s public infrastructure construction,and provides a new idea for effectively solving the shortage of local financial resources.But platform company also bring a lot of hidden debts to the government.In the future,platform companies should gradually be decouped from government functions and develop towards the goal of market-oriented transformation.In this article,use the analytic hierarchy process with the efficacy coefficient method to evaluate QF City company’s financial risk,and finally in view of the problems found during the risk identification and evaluation.First,refer to the domestic and foreign literature on the management of government investment and financing platforms and financial risks in recent three years is reviewed,the purpose and significance of this research is clarified,and the research framework and methods are clarified.Secondly,the paper describes the theory and related concepts;Thirdly,from the establishment background,organizational structure,financial status and other aspects of QF City Investment Company for a specific introduction,combined with the company’s financial statements in the last three years,the enterprise’s financial risk analysis and risk assessment.Finally,the optimization of financial risk management of QF City Investment Company is proposed to strengthen the overall ability of enterprises to control financial risks,in order to meet the requirements of market-oriented transformation,but also for other similar platform companies to prevent financial risks,to achieve market-oriented transformation to provide certain reference.
