Research On The Application Of Rpa Under The Financial Sharing Mode

With the change and development of the times,many large domestic enterprises have begun to establish financial sharing service centers.As a product of the financial sharing model in the enterprise,the financial sharing service center can collect the accounting business belonging to different regions and different industries in the enterprise for centralized processing,thereby effectively improving the financial management ability of the enterprise.However,with the gradual implementation of the financial sharing model,many internal problems have been exposed,the most notable of which is that its internal financial business process is complicated,resulting in the inability to effectively improve its work efficiency and the lack of financial service quality.In order to solve this problem,many companies that have established financial shared service centers have begun to use information technology to improve,among which the emergence of Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology has greatly helped enterprise optimize business processes.This study takes the application of RPA financial robot in Z company’s financial shared service center as the research object,analyzes its applied financial robot to design a scheme for its unapplied business process,and finally proposes specific implementation means and safeguard measures.First of all,this paper takes the domestic and foreign research on the relevant content as the starting point,and expounds the conceptual characteristics of the financial shared service center and RPA discussed in this paper.Secondly,this study introduces the business process types and the applied RPA financial robots in the selected case companies,and selects the more representative business timeout warning robots to analyze its development motivation,design ideas and application effects.Then,by combining the application of RPA in the financial shared service center of company Z and the application of RPA in other application scenarios taking the ESIA method as a reference,an optimization scheme for the entire process of coping with RPA robots is designed.Finally,specific implementation measures and safeguard measures are put forward for the designed optimization scheme,so as to provide help for the subsequent application of RPA technology in the field of financial shared services.Through in-depth research on the application of RPA financial robots in the financial sharing model,this paper finds that the use of robotic process automation tools to optimize the business process of enterprises can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise financial work and service quality,thereby helping enterprises to improve their financial management level.At the same time,by introducing intelligent tools such as RPA financial robots into enterprise financial work,the process of enterprise financial intelligence can be accelerated,thus helping companies achieve financial transformation.
