As the epidemic of new-type coronary pneumonia has been gradually controlled,all walks of life have successively carried out work resumption plans.In this epidemic,many industries have been affected,and retail pharmacies are one of the industries most affected by the epidemic.The biggest impact of the epidemic is the decrease in the income of ordinary people,but for pharmacies,this does not affect people’s health expenditure.Consumers will pay more attention to personal hygiene and improve resistance,and the sales of related products will increase.However,also affected by the epidemic,complaints from pharmacies in various places are frequent,and consumers’ trust in pharmacy employees and pharmacies will decrease,resulting in a sharp drop in consumers’ loyalty to pharmacy brands.This is a problem that pharmacies need to face directly after the epidemic.Based on this,this paper takes Ningbo HS pharmacy as the research object.Based on consulting a large number of research materials and many field visits,this paper first analyzes the macro environment around HS Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.by using PEST method,and then studies the problem of market segmentation.Combined with the theory of target marketing strategy and the actual situation of the company,this paper carries out target market selection and market positioning;Finally,using 7Ps marketing theory,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy of chain drugstores from some aspects:product,price,channel,promotion,People,Physical evidence and Process.The effective implementation of the company’s marketing strategy and strategy needs the support of the company’s internal and external resources.Therefore,this paper puts forward some opinions on the guarantee of the implementation of marketing strategy in the post epidemic era from the aspects of company funds,finance,organizational structure,human resources,in order to provide ideas and reference for HS Pharmaceutical.
