Research On Transformation And Development Strategy Of XS Investment Group

The reform and opening-up has pushed China’s economy into the fast lane of rapid development,and also promoted the rapid changes of China’s society.The rapid economic development has brought the need to speed up the process of urbanization.The past urban infrastructure has been unable to meet the standards of modern cities,and the appearance of cities all over the country needs to be improved.Facing this situation,the government urgently needs to establish a special organization to undertake the task of local urban infrastructure construction and maintenance.In the current context,the local government financing platform company,an organization funded by the government and responsible for local infrastructure construction,was established and developed rapidly throughout the country.After nearly three decades of development and growth,local government financing platforms have given full play to their functions,accelerated the construction of urban infrastructure and contributed a great deal to China’s economic development.However,with the excessive scale of government debt,defects in the financing mechanism of financing platform companies,poor hematopoietic capacity of financing platform and a series of problems gradually appear,there is an urgent need for transformation and development.In recent years,the implementation of the mixed ownership reform policy of state-owned enterprises has provided a good opportunity for the transformation of local government financing platforms,and local platforms have begun to take the path of listing and market transformation.Facing the needs of transformation,how XS investment group makes future plans,explores suitable transformation directions and paths,and promotes sustainable and high-quality development is a subject to be studied.Based on the analysis and combing of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper takes XS investment group as the research object,deeply understands the current situation and development process of the company,finds the short board problems faced by XS investment group,and discusses the causes of the problems;According to the internal and external environment of XS investment group,by using the analysis tools of strategic management theory-PEST analysis method and Porter’s five forces model analysis method,and combined with the three levels of resources,capabilities and core competencies within the group,this paper draws specific conclusions,summarizes the strengths(s),weaknesses(W),opportunities(o)and threats(T)of XS investment group,and obtains four strategic combinations by using SWOT matrix analysis,Determine the growth oriented diversified development strategy combining so and St;Combined with the research conclusion of XS investment group,this paper formulates the strategic plan in line with the transformation and development of XS investment group and the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategic plan.Through the research of XS’s investment environment,XS can develop its own core competitiveness in the market and help XS to achieve the right purpose of the group’s investment environment.The research results of this paper are intended to provide reference for the development and transformation of XS investment group,and provide reference for the transformation of other local government financing platform companies in the industry.
