| With the development of the socialist market economy,government functions have begun to change from management to service,and the concept of building a service-oriented government has become more and more popular.As an important state organ,the taxation department actively responds to the government’s call,comprehensively deepens the "decentralization,regulation and service",improves the quality of taxation services,and builds a modern taxation service system.N County Taxation Bureau spends a lot of energy to carry out taxation services,but due to the constraints of people,finances,and materials,taxpayers do not have a high degree of recognition of taxation services from tax authorities,and the quality of taxation services needs to be further improved.By using literature analysis method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,combined with the author’s work experience,the paper studies and analyzes the taxation service quality of N County Taxation Bureau.Based on the theory of customer perceived service quality,this paper uses the SERVPERF evaluation method to design a questionnaire,and divides the taxation service quality of N county tax bureau into five dimensions: tangibility,reliability,timeliness,convenience and caring.The results of the questionnaire were analyzed by the method to find out the problems of the taxation service quality of N County Taxation Bureau in various dimensions: low cross-departmental efficiency of taxation services,lack of personalization of taxation services,poor operation convenience of taxation service platforms,unreliable answers to taxation service consultations,tax payment The service facility does not match the service.Dig deeper into the causes of the problems,including four aspects: poor inter-departmental collaboration reduces timeliness,poor tax service awareness reduces caring,low level of tax service informatization reduces convenience and tangibility,and lack of tax service personnel ability reduces reliability.Finally,in response to the problem,it proposes strategies to improve the taxation service quality of N County Taxation Bureau: first,strengthen inter-departmental collaboration to improve timeliness;second,improve tax service awareness to improve care;third,speed up informatization construction to improve Convenience and tangibility;Fourth,improve the ability of tax service personnel to improve reliability.It is hoped that this research will provide a reference for improving the taxation service quality of N County Taxation Bureau,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for both taxpayers and taxation authorities. |
