In the context of the epidemic,consumer behavior and habits have changed,and online ordering and delivery of fresh products have penetrated into the public.In the first three quarters of 2021,the financing amount of fresh e-commerce is 7.77 billion yuan,and the fresh home model is also rising rapidly in the "blue sea" of fresh market.The fresh home mode greatly improves the convenience of residents.When consumers have a demand for food materials such as cooking,they can place an online order through the APP,and the food materials can be delivered to their homes within 1-2 hours.At the same time,home mode is accompanied by a series of problems,that is,consumers cannot choose dishes on the spot,so the comments of users who have bought the product become an important channel for consumers to identify the product attributes and judge its quality.consumers’ online reviews can also reflect the feedback generated after their purchase of goods and practical goods.However,there are only scholars for a fresh class APP categories of analysis and research,few online comments under the fresh home business segment model of text mining research and customer satisfaction research,this article based on the complement the industry lead warehouse and platform model based on the analysis of text mining customer satisfaction,based on natural language processing(NLP),Obtain online comments of fresh Home pre-warehouse mode and platform mode consumers,and perform text data cleaning,keyword statistics,text clustering and sentiment analysis,so as to calculate consumer satisfaction.Draw fresh home business at present,the two modes of consumers respectively for fresh quality,logistics,order service,product prices,product use five dimensions of satisfaction,It then analyzes the fresh home business and presents actionable proposals for the two business modes,and suggests that the future can be optimized according to the characteristics and development direction of the two business modes,promote the better development of fresh home platform.
