| With the arrival of the 5th generation wireless technology(5G)era,the telecommunication industry in China ushered in a golden period of rapid development with a steady increase in business revenue and base station coverage rate.As a result,the total number of customers shows a significant upward trend,and individual customers matter more in this business.However,those companies are facing increasingly fierce competition,as non-active users are expanding and many of them switch to other carriers.Therefore,customer churn prevention becomes a necessity and critical concern for the telecommunication companies.On the basis of theories related to customer churn early warning and data mining,this paper firstly introduces the basic situation and business development profile of J Communication Company,focuses on the current situation of J Communication Company’s home business management and its problems,and analyzes the necessity of applying data mining to customer churn early warning management of the company;secondly,based on data mining technology,a model is constructed for J Communication’s household customer churn early warning,which includes: selecting J Communication’s personal communication business data,pre-processing the data using various methods such as missing value processing and duplicate data processing,constructing a customer churn early warning model based on decision tree algorithm,and evaluating the effectiveness of the model;finally,combined with the analysis results,this paper discusses countermeasures and suggestions for J Communication’s customer churn early warning project management. |
