| As my country lists the development of circular economy as a major economic and social development strategy,low-carbon production and recycling and remanufacturing have become popular research directions.Remanufacturing is mainly produced by recycling waste products as raw materials,which can reduce the production cost of enterprises and increase profits,so many enterprises join the ranks of remanufacturing.However,due to the uncertainty in the recycling cycle,recycling quality and recycling cost of waste product recycling,the recycling of waste products in the closed-loop supply chain of remanufacturing is more complicated.Based on the above background,this paper studies the remanufacturing closedloop supply chain strategy considering the differentiation of the enterprise recycling process.First of all,under the background of carbon cap policy,considering the difference in the recycling quality of waste products in the remanufacturing process,resulting in different carbon emissions,and then studying the impact of the difference in the quality of recycled products on closed-loop supply chain pricing,demand,profit and carbon emission reduction It is found that decentralized decision-making cannot achieve Pareto optimality,and then a carbon emission reduction cost-sharing-benefit-sharing contract coordination is designed so that decentralized decision-making can reach the profit level of centralized decision-making;To study the production decisions of enterprises,enterprises should choose to outsource remanufacturing or authorized remanufacturing;finally,from the perspective of consumers,under the background of government subsidies,how should enterprises set up recycling rebates can promote consumers to participate in recycling.Based on the above background,this paper studies the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain strategy with differentiation in the recycling process of enterprises.First of all,under the background of carbon cap policy,considering the difference in the recycling quality of waste products in the remanufacturing process,resulting in different carbon emissions,and then studying the impact of the difference in the quality of recycled products on closed-loop supply chain pricing,demand,profit and carbon emission reduction It is found that decentralized decision-making cannot achieve Pareto optimality,and then a carbon emission reduction costsharing-benefit-sharing contract coordination is designed so that decentralized decision-making can reach the profit level of centralized decision-making;To study the production decisions of enterprises,enterprises should choose to outsource remanufacturing or authorized remanufacturing;finally,from the perspective of consumers,under the background of government subsidies,how should enterprises set up recycling rebates can promote consumers to participate in recycling.The study found that recycling high-quality waste products has a positive effect on the overall profit of the supply chain and the efficiency of carbon emission reduction of enterprises,and the higher the emission reduction efforts of enterprises,the higher the overall profit of the supply chain,which is more important for remanufacturers participating in carbon emission reduction.,the government should appropriately reduce the carbon tax.In the third-party supply chain production decision,companies choose outsourced remanufacturing more profitable than authorized remanufacturing,but whether it is outsourced remanufacturing or authorized remanufacturing,increasing outsourcing costs or reducing licensing costs can always improve the total profit of the supply chain.When the recycling rebate is controlled within the boundary,it can have a positive impact on the closed-loop supply chain.Compared with the same rebate,the differentiated recycling rebate is more conducive to recycling and remanufacturing,and consumers are more enthusiastic about participating in recycling. |
