Recent years,the science and technology develops rapidly,the financial market becomes more competitive,and customer demands increase high standards and diversification,traditional banking products and service models have been unable to meet the development requirements of the digital economy era.Banks are gradually promoting digital transformation and upgrading,and accelerating IT construction to empower its business.With the diversification of information technology project development types and the expansion of scale,the system complexity is getting higher and higher,software quality problems are gradually becoming prominent and restricting the development of business.As a small and medium commercial bank,Z Bank has established a strategic goal of developing financial technology since its establishment.Its information technology project construction mainly adopts agile and lean dual-mode R&D delivery model,and it also faces the problems of software quality.Therefore,in terms of quality management,quickly identifying and analyzing the key quality influencing factors based on project implementation,and establishing an effective software quality assurance mechanism is an urgent need for Z Bank to achieve high-quality development of information technology.This paper selects three representative information technology projects of Z Bank as examples,reviews the research status of software quality management from local and overseas,summarizes the theory and knowledge,analytical methods and tools of quality management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the quality problems of the three projects respectively,and uses Pareto chart to find out a few key problems of each project;Secondly,according to the principle of inclusion and exclusion,summarizes Z bank’s 11 representative major quality problems;Thirdly,organizes internal experts to carry out brainstorming meetings,and uses cause-and-effect diagram analysis to find out Z bank’s18 influencing factors of quality management;Fourthly,uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process to evaluate from multiple dimensions such as severity,probability of occurrence,and scope of influence,Finally,explores the improvement plan of key influencing factors on the basis of the above,and completes the research on the influencing factors of Z bank information technology project quality management.The research found that the main quality problems of Z Bank’s information technology project include: internal logic errors of the function;project documents are not maintained;insufficient system fault tolerance;unfriendly interface;inaccurate quality metrics;project progress deviation;improper version control;functions are not realized;defects are not resolved in time;poor controllability of external factors;cross module exception,etc.Further analysis found that the key factors affecting the quality management of Z Bank’s information technology project permeate in the two processes of quality assurance implementation and quality management implementation,and these factous are reflected in six aspects: demand management,personnel management,communication management,configuration management,resource management and quality measurement management.In terms of demand management,there are mainly three factors: rough needs and lack of clear quality standards,incomplete consideration of demand details,and frequent changes in demand;In terms of personnel management,the project member’s business knowledge and technical abilities are insufficient;In terms of communication management,the efficiency of problem disclosure and communication is low;In terms of configuration management,there are mainly two factors: external environmental changes and non-standard version control;In terms of quality measurement management,the demand and code reviews are not in place.In terms of resource management,there are mainly low participation of demand-related parties,insufficient project personnel,untimely admission and high liquidity.Finally,according to the above factors,which have two processes and six aspects of Z bank information technology project quality management,this paper gives some pertinent and constructive suggestions and countermeasures,helps Z bank’s IT Guality Management to quickly identify key influencing factors and improves its quality assurance mechanismat,the same time,it also provides an effective reference and reference for other small and medium-sized banks’ project quality management.
