Research On Inner Mongolia’s Integration Into The Jiziwan Area Of The Yellow River From The Perspective Of Industrial Chain

The new development pattern of double circulation is an important strategic choice made by China in the face of the dual challenges brought by the heavy task of domestic reform and the damage to the international industrial chain.Its purpose is to build an independent,controllable,safe and reliable industrial chain and supply chain,improve the modernization level of the industrial chain,strengthen the toughness of the forging and casting industrial chain,and ensure the stability and safety of China’s industrial chain.The Jiziwan area of the Yellow River is an important part of the Yellow River Basin.Building and developing the industrial chain in the Jiziwan area and strengthening the ability of the industrial chain to resist risks are the inevitable requirements for conforming to the new development pattern of double cycle in China and realizing the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.Inner Mongolia has an important strategic position in the Jiziwan area.Whether Inner Mongolia can be deeply integrated into the industrial chain of the Jiziwan area is related to the formation of an industrial chain system that can effectively prevent and respond to risks,as well as whether the economic development of the Jiziwan area can be deeply integrated into the new development pattern of the domestic big cycle and the domestic and international double cycle.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept and connotation of industrial chain,and combs the theoretical basis of the construction of regional industrial chain.Secondly,starting from the five main industries of agriculture,manufacturing,cultural tourism,transportation and finance,this paper analyzes the current situation of industrial agglomeration,industrial division and coordination in Jiziwan area and the development status of industrial chain in Inner Mongolia,and quantitatively measures the industrial chain in Jiziwan area of Inner Mongolia and the Yellow River.The results show that: first,the overall industrial chain in Inner Mongolia and the Jiziwan area of the Yellow River has low complexity and short chain length;The core of the industrial chain is manufacturing;Agriculture and animal husbandry,mining and beneficiation belong to basic industrial sectors and are at the front end of the industrial chain;Transportation,catering and other service industries are at the end of the industrial chain.Second,the industrial chain in the zigzag area of the Yellow River has a trend of continuous extension,the complexity of the industrial chain has increased slightly,the division of labor of industrial departments has been deepened and the connection has been strengthened.Third,the industrial chain of agriculture and high-tech manufacturing in Inner Mongolia has certain advantages,and there are still deficiencies in the development of the industrial chain of transportation,culture,tourism and finance.Although Inner Mongolia has the advantages of resources,industry and location in the process of integrating into the industrial chain of the Jiziwan area of the Yellow River,there are also some problems,such as insufficient scientific and technological innovation ability,short upstream and downstream industrial chain and lack of industrial links on the left and right sides.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the problems existing in the development of industrial chain.Inner Mongolia needs to take targeted measures to consolidate the advantages of agriculture and manufacturing,supplement the short board of service industry,lengthen the long chain,strengthen the weak chain,and strengthen,extend and supplement the industrial chain.At the same time,Inner Mongolia should strengthen the linkage and collaborative development with other areas of the kiziwan of the Yellow River,improve the degree of regional synergy,connect the broken links of the industrial chain,make up the missing links,strengthen the toughness of the overall industrial chain of the kiziwan area,and deeply integrate into the development of the kiziwan industrial chain and the new development pattern of double cycle.
