Research On Improvement Of Enterprise Internal Approval Process Based On OA System

The rapid development of information technology has greatly changed the survival and development environment and internal management mode of all walks of the real economy,requiring enterprises to optimize at more levels and vigorously promote innovation.In this context,the subject of system processing and process informatization has attracted the attention of more and more enterprises.Promoting process management and process improvement has become an important measure for many enterprises to achieve good development,reduce cost and increase efficiency.In the process of operation and management of enterprises,there are many matters that need to be studied and made decisions,which are inseparable from a streamlined and efficient internal approval process system.With the development and maturity of enterprise informatization and Office Automation system,the approval efficiency of the process and the operation efficiency of the enterprise will achieve leapfrog development,and more and more enterprises choose to apply the OA system for internal process approval.However,there are few enterprises that can combine the approval process with OA system well,and give full play to its effectiveness.This research takes SG company as an example,focusing on the improvement of its internal approval process in the OA system.On the basis of fully understanding the background,development status and organizational structure of SG company,this paper will further grasp its core internal approval process and the use status of the OA system,and visually display the main approval process in the form of a flowchart.With the background data statistics of the OA system and through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews,the key objects for improvement research are determined,problems existing in the approval process and key nodes hindering the improvement of approval efficiency are sorted out and analyzed.After clarifying the goals and principles of process improvement,based on the ESIA analysis method,an improvement plan is designed for the internal approval process of OA system for SG company,and feasible improvement measures are proposed for the problems found,eliminating unnecessary approval links and simplifying the process,integrating relevant processes to improve the automation of the approval process,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the company’s strategic goals.Through trying out the process improvement plan and proposing further improvement directions,and predicting and analyzing the operation effect of the optimized plan,the scientificity and effectiveness of the plan are verified,thereby promoting SG company to improve work efficiency,reduce operating costs and help the company to obtain new advantages for future development.Meanwhile,the various countermeasures and safeguard measures proposed in the research,can be beneficial to the same type of enterprises.It provides a valuable reference for enterprises that have introduced OA system but the internal process has not been standardized,and there is a disconnect between information construction and internal management requirements.
