Study On Poverty Reduction Effect Of Inclusive Finance In Agro-pastoral Ecotone In Inner Mongolia From The Perspective Of Relative Poverty

Inner Mongolia patterns in natural ecological environment protection of the weak,poor farmers and herdsmen production and living are mainly composed of planting and breeding industry,high degree of dependence to the natural,social and economic structure is monotonous,the overall economic development level is relatively backward,farmers and herdsmen poverty degree is high,is a typical poverty in rural areas of Inner Mongolia region,is also the crucial heavy difficult areas out of poverty.After the end of2020,the relative poverty problem has become increasingly prominent and the main contradiction in the post-poverty eradication era,which has seriously restricted the stable social and economic development.In order to adapt to the transition of the focus of poverty reduction from absolute poverty to relative poverty in the future,it is necessary to form a reasonable system to deal with the problem of relative poverty.Expanding the supply of social financing and improving the level of financing are fundamental measures for effective poverty reduction,and comprehensively promoting structural reform on the supply side of finance and improving the level of financial inclusion are important means to effectively promote healthy social and economic development and enhance people’s well-being.Therefore,to alleviate the problem of relative poverty,we should be guided by market demand and pay more attention to the development of inclusive finance,so as to effectively ensure that farmers’ financial needs are met in a timely and effective manner and To improve farmers’ economic income,curb the occurrence of poverty,and promote economic development.Therefore,it is important to unblock the financial market transmission channels and give full play to the role of inclusive finance to reduce poverty.Based on compiling literature and field research on farming and herding households in Inner Mongolia’s agro-pastoral intersection,this thesis systematically analyzes the poverty alleviation and financial development in Inner Mongolia’s agro-pastoral intersection through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,starting from the microscopic research perspective of individual farmers,and establishes a relative poverty evaluation index system and an inclusive financial development index system to evaluate the relative poverty situation and the inclusive financial development level.It was found that the relative poverty level of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia’s agro-pastoral interlacing zone is high and uneven;the development level of inclusive financial services for farmers and herdsmen is generally low.A multiple linear regression model with relative poverty index as the dependent variable,inclusive financial development index as the core independent variable and other personal factors of farmers and herdsmen as the control variables was further constructed to analyze the poverty reduction effect of inclusive finance using Stata13.0 software.The results show that inclusive finance plays a great impact in alleviating the relative poverty problem,and the sustainable development of inclusive finance can be promoted by vigorously developing inclusive financial institutions to support the development of the real economy,further optimizing the system of rural financial institutions,increasing financial support,strengthening financial supervision,and enhancing the construction of Internet finance,and thus forming a lasting positive impact on alleviating the relative poverty problem.
