Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Primary Drug Supervision

Drug safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood and public safety,which concerns the health of the people and social harmony and stability.China attaches great importance to drug supervision,and proposes to conduct scientific and dynamic supervision,adhere to the modern road of Chinese drug supervision,and establish a drug supervision system with Chinese characteristics to fundamentally ensure drug safety.With the enrichment of material conditions and the continuous enrichment of spiritual life,people have further requirements for the quality of life.In the era of "we Media" where everyone is a spokesperson,drug safety,which concerns people’s life safety,is more likely to cause waves of public opinion.As the end of the drug regulatory system,grass-roots government plays an irreplaceable special role in the process of drug regulation in China.However,in the grass-roots areas at the district and county level,the situation is complex and diverse.The lack of resources and manpower for drug supervision and law enforcement leads to difficulties in drug supervision at the grass-roots level,which may easily lead to problems and affect the policy effect.This is exactly what this paper tries to explore and solve.This paper takes the drug supervision in Zone T as the case study object.During the transition period of market supervision system reform,through case analysis,field research and literature research,this paper expounds the current situation and problems of primary level drug supervision.Through analysis,the drug supervision in Zone T is faced with incomplete integration of supervision departments,low supervision efficiency,insufficient law enforcement force,and low sense of responsibility of supervision objects The regulatory laws and regulations are not perfect,and the reasons behind them are discussed in depth.Finally,the problem oriented conclusion is that we should improve the drug regulatory mechanism,strengthen the construction of regulatory teams,innovate regulatory methods,enhance the sense of responsibility of regulatory objects,and improve the construction of drug regulatory system as countermeasures to solve the problem of drug regulation at the grass-roots level.We will further optimize drug supervision at the grassroots level,and ensure that the "last mile" of drug supervision is maintained.
