After the implementation of the split share structure reform in China in 2005,listed companies pay more and more attention to the development of their own market value,and gradually form the concept of market value management.Listed companies actively carry out market value management in order to improve market recognition and attract more external capital investment,so as to further expand the market scale and enhance the industry status.However,some listed companies often only pay attention to the rise of market value in the short term,and fail to formulate reasonable market value management strategies,resulting in the slowdown of enterprise follow-up operation ability,loss of profits,and then the decline of market value.This thesis adopts the way of case study,selects Meinian Onehealth as the research object,and studies the market value management of Meinian Onehealth.Combined with the background and development characteristics of the health examination industry and the changes of Meinian Onehealth market value,this thesis analyzes the motivation and methods of Meinian Onehealth market value management.Based on the seventh edition of market value management performance evaluation system,combined with the actual situation of Meinian Onehealth,the evaluation indexes of the system are adjusted and re assigned,and the market value management performance evaluation model is constructed to analyze and evaluate the effect of Meinian Onehealth market value management.Through the performance evaluation analysis of market value management,there are some problems in market value management of Meinian Onehealth,such as the weakening of business ability,market value management strategy lacks long-term planning,and the insufficient attention of investor relations management.Finally,according to the problems reflected in the analysis of Meinian Onehealth’s market value management,this thesis puts forward some suggestions.Meinian Onehealth needs to improve operation ability and strengthen core competitiveness,formulate scientific and reasonable market value management strategy,and improving investor relationship management.
