As the backbone of China’s economic development,state-owned enterprises must adhere to the concept of innovative development in order to achieve the goals of promoting state-owned enterprises in the 20th National Congress.As the core of the enterprise,the finance department’s operational optimization strategies are particularly important in the fiercely competitive and complexThis article is supported by the theories of financial shared service center,business process reengineering,and operational optimization.Through literature review,on-site investigation,and questionnaire survey,combined with the author’s own work experience and data survey.Analyzing the operational status of L Group’s financial shared service center from the principles of building,implementing centralized management,organizational model,and business processes,it is summarized that the management of the financial shared service center does not attach enough importance,the operational efficiency of the information system is low,there is room for optimization of business processes,and personnel management is difficult.The reasons for the above problems are that the management of L Group’s Financial Sharing Service Center has not yet formed a data mindset,there is a lack of overall coordination in business process design and management,there is insufficient platform information sharing,and the information system needs to be upgraded urgently,as well as an incomplete personnel management system.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the operation of the financial shared service center in order to promote the high-speed and high-quality development goals of L Group.This article combines relevant theories to design a data thinking optimization plan,information system optimization plan,business process optimization plan,and personnel management optimization plan for the management of L Group’s financial sharing service center that follows optimization goals and principles.It also proposes measures to strengthen the attention and support of the management,strengthen information system platform management,standardize business processes,and improve employee recognition.This article aims to use state-owned enterprises as an example to optimize the operation of financial sharing service centers under the digital background,promote the rapid transmission of information and semi-automatic data processing in financial sharing centers,achieve resource sharing and integration,reduce costs,and improve efficiency,based on the new forms and changes in the development of the digital economy in the current era,Provide reference for state-owned enterprises to optimize the operation of digital financial sharing service centers in the digital economy environment.
