Research On The Industrialization Development Of Weak Gluten Wheat In Jiangsu Province

Weak gluten wheat is the main raw material for cakes,crispy biscuits,and pastries,and is deeply loved by the consumer market.However,the current domestic supply and demand for weak gluten wheat are low,and the production of weak gluten wheat cannot meet the needs of the people.Promoting the industrialization of weak gluten wheat is beneficial for promoting the high-quality development of the grain industry,optimizing the layout of the grain industry,adjusting the structure of the grain industry,improving the quality,efficiency,and competitiveness of agriculture,and achieving the unity of food security and modern efficient agriculture.It is an important path to promote rural revitalization and development,rural regional economic growth,and agricultural modernization.Jiangsu is a relatively developed province in the national economy,and also a major province in the production,circulation,processing,and consumption of high-quality weak gluten wheat.The areas along the river,along the coast,and in the hilly areas have been established by the Ministry of Agriculture as the advantageous industrial belt for high-quality weak gluten wheat in China.This article analyzes the production,processing,and circulation status and development models of weak gluten wheat industry both domestically and internationally through statistical data analysis,questionnaire surveys,and typical dissection.The Porter Five Forces model is used to analyze the main problems in the development of weak gluten wheat industry in Jiangsu,including weak risk resistance of farmers,inadequate promotion and application of cultivation techniques,low bargaining power of products,low quality of mixed planting and mixed income,and difficulty in fulfilling contracts between production and sales parties Weak policy leadership,etc.Taking the Yangmai Production Industrialization Consortium,a new type of weak gluten wheat industrialization entity,as a case study,the SWOT method was used to analyze the specific practices,development effects,and experiences of the consortium during its operation.The countermeasures to promote the industrialization of weak gluten wheat in Jiangsu were proposed:firstly,to unite and warm up,and to leverage scale effects;Secondly,vigorously promote the promotion of agricultural technology;Thirdly,continuously improve the socialized service system;Fourth,promote the layout of "one district,one product" and promote order planting;Fifth,improve policy guidance and unleash policy dividends.
