| In the backdrop of rapid domestic economic development and a new phase of openness in the financial market,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have seized the opportunity and achieved rapid growth.In recent years,SMEs have undergone a transformation,promoting high-quality economic and social development at the local level and making significant contributions to China’s GDP growth.With strong support from relevant government departments,commercial banks have opened special loan modules for many small and medium-sized enterprises.However,while the investment in credit business continues to rise,certain risks have inevitably emerged,which have had an adverse impact on the stable development of commercial banks,mainly reflected in the increase in nonperforming loans and non-performing loan ratios.Therefore,while actively seeking loan profits,commercial banks should focus on effective supervision and control of credit risks.The primary problem facing the L branch of Jinan Rural Commercial Bank is to methodically build a risk management mechanism for SME credit and significantly improve both the degree of systematic management and the capacity to assess loans risks.Based on this,this article thoroughly applies the theory of risk management in commercial banks,combines knowledge from finance,management,and other pertinent disciplines,analyzes classic cases,and refers to pertinent literature and data in order to clarify the components of SME credit risk management at the L branch of Jinan Rural Commercial Bank.It examines the issues that crop up with management techniques as well as their underlying causes.Finally,it suggests focused optimization actions depending on the current problems.The article first analyzes the actual operation of SME credit business and enterprise credit risk management at the L branch of Jinan Rural Commercial Bank.By combining expert opinions and suggestions from a professional group,it completes the identification and determination of credit business risks.It analyzes and summarizes the explicit problems and underlying contradictions of SME credit risk management from the perspectives of credit risk control and risk evaluation models.Based on this analysis,it constructs a risk evaluation index system for SME credit business and a credit risk evaluation model.Finally,the article establishes an SME credit risk early warning system and proposes targeted management measures to address guarantee-related risks,aiming to improve the management level and risk control capability of SME credit risks at the L branch of Jinan Rural Commercial Bank. |
