Research On The Effect Of Gome Group’s Industry Finance Integration Under The Financial Sharing Mode

With the rapid development of Internet technology and market economy,more and more companies begin to pay close attention to understand the time rhythm,seize the opportunity,and gradually expand the market and business.With the expansion of business,the traditional financial management mode is separated from business and finance,which cannot meet the requirements of new management of large companies.The company needs to change its initial financial management system,attract funds through entrepreneurship,support entrepreneurship through financing,and achieve coordination and communication integration before and after financing.The financial transaction center has the functions of financial accounting,reviewing financial operations and analyzing financial statements,which can not only help the company achieve cost accounting and operating income,but also reduce Errors caused by the accounting manual.It provides a platform for companies to implement industrial financial integration,and the implementation of financial distribution mode appears at a historical moment.This thesis takes Gome Group’s industry financing integration as a research subject within the financial distribution regime and thoroughly assesses the impact of the implementation of Gome Group’s industry financing integration on the basis of a balanced scorecard,analytical hierarchy process and vague comprehensive assessment method.Firstly,the main situation of the Gome Group and the state of implementation of the integration of industrial financing in the context of the financing-sharing regime are presented in detail;Second,a balanced scoreboard will be used to select 16 financial and non-financial indicators in four dimensions and the corresponding data will be collected through field studies and questionnaire surveys;Finally,the data is processed by AHP and the impact of the implementation of financial integration of the Gome Group industry is thoroughly analysed by combining a vague comprehensive valuation method.Through the results of the analysis,it is found that Gome Group has problems in implementing the market strategy,process structure,consistency of objectives and professional capacity of personnel within the framework of the financial distribution regime of the integration of industry financing,and recommendations for optimization are given to the aforementioned problems.The study on the implementation of Gome Group’s industrial financing integration within the financial distribution regime not only provides Gome Group with a theoretical basis for improving the impact of the implementation of industry financing integration,but also provides references and assistance to other similar companies for the implementation of industry financing integration.
