Research On The Financial Performance Of Deppon Express Under The Background Of Digital Transformation

During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,China will enter the era of digital economy,digital economy as a new economic form emerged,digital transformation of enterprises is the key to the development of digital economy.With the rapid development of digital technologies such as "big data","5G" and "blockchain",information technology is widely used in various fields.Brick-and-mortar enterprises need to improve their core competitiveness and sustainability capabilities and improve their financial performance by promoting the integration of technology,business and operations with digitalization.In particular,the logistics industry is currently facing the dilemma of "blue ocean" to "red ocean",and urgently needs to get out of the predicament through digital transformation and create more value.As one of the representative enterprises in the logistics industry,Deppon Express vigorously promotes digital construction under the interference of many problems,integrates and applies digital technology,and roughly promotes the digital transformation of enterprises from three aspects: management,operation and business,injecting a steady stream of vitality into the enterprise and getting rid of the Red Sea dilemma.Based on this,in order to help more enterprises improve their financial performance through digital transformation,the paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method,takes value chain theory,process reengineering theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,and selects Deppon Express enterprises as the case analysis object after sorting and studying the literature of many domestic and foreign scholars on digital transformation and financial performance.According to the development status of the logistics industry and the development status of Deppon Express itself,this paper first explores the motivation and effectiveness of Deppon Express’ s digital transformation,and analyzes the financial status of Deppon Express.Then,through the financial index method and factor analysis method,the financial performance changes of Deppon Express before and after digital transformation are analyzed in depth,and the problems existing in the financial performance of Deppon Express in the process of digital transformation are identified.Finally,in view of the existing problems,from three aspects: optimizing capital structure,strengthening liquid asset management,strengthening R&D investment management and cost control,Deppon Express is proposed to continue to effectively improve financial performance under the background of digital transformation.The results of this paper show that digital transformation can help enterprises improve their financial performance,supplement the research on the relationship between digital transformation and corporate financial performance,and broaden the research perspective of improving financial performance.It is hoped that in the digital era,it can provide help and reference for other enterprises that are preparing or implementing digital transformation,effectively guide enterprises to carry out digital transformation,and increase the "digital dividend" for enterprises.
