| In recent years,the scale and influence of global cross-border e-commerce trade have been increasing.At present,trading through virtual platforms has become an important part of the national economy of industrialized countries.Companies and entrepreneurs are actively discovering the possibilities of modern technologies and using them to rapidly deploy and transmit data.There is a new of development stage for society,in this stage the information plays the main role.To take the global cross-border e-commerce trade scale,the cross-border e-commerce trade B2 B takes the largest proportion.In this context,B2 B cross-border e-commerce trade has been widely concerned by scholars.With the rapid development of Russia’s e-commerce market and China’s political support for cross-border e-commerce,B2 B cross-border e-commerce trade has become a new model of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation.Chinese e-commerce companies are accelerating their deployment in the Russian market.At the same time,the interaction between Russia and China in the field of B2 B cross-border e-commerce has some problems,for example: high logistics costs,poor timeliness and so on.This paper devoted of solving this several problems.The article consists of 5 parts.The first part reveals the concept of e-commerce and describes the fundamental economic theories.The second part is devoted to the description of the state of e-commerce at the moment,namely,the volume of purchases and sales of goods between the two countries,the product line is analyzed.Also,information about the platforms through which the purchase and sale of goods is carried out is described.The third part examines the factors influencing the development of e-commerce.Among them are the labor force,the technologies and software used,the cost of delivery,customs restrictions.The next part is devoted to the analysis of existing problems.Such problems as high cost of delivery,monotony of products,trade imbalance,problems with payment systems and low efficiency of customs clearance are highlighted.The fifth chapter describes measures to address the above-mentioned problems. |
