| With the continuous development of China’s economic development,electronic payment has become an important means of payment,and the printing and coinage industry is facing an increasingly complex market environment.If the printing and coinage industry wants to be in an advantageous position in the future competition,it must transform and develop as soon as possible,continuously improve the overall efficiency,accelerate the marketization process,improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise and continuously improve its management level.The core of enterprise competitiveness is to cultivate and retain outstanding talents.Only by using scientific performance appraisal methods can we stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm,retain and attract more professional talents,help enterprises to develop healthily and steadily,and continuously improve their market competitiveness,and ultimately achieve the strategic goals of the company.To this end,based on the performance appraisal theory,this paper carefully analyzes the status quo of the performance appraisal of the frontline employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.,and designs a practical performance appraisal plan for the frontline employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.And then put forward corresponding safeguard measures for the implementation of the program.It aims to cultivate employees’ sense of competition,to give full play to the incentive function of performance appraisal,and to promote the overall development of the human resources management system of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.to form a fair,just and sustainable management environment.The full text is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,expounding the background,research significance and research methods of this paper.The second part is an overview of the relevant theory of performance appraisal system,which lays a theoretical foundation for the design and implementation of the performance appraisal plan for the frontline employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.The third part,through interviews,questionnaire surveys,and the company’s front-line employees’ performance appraisal status,finds out and analyzes the existing performance appraisal of the company.The fourth part is the design of the performance appraisal plan for frontline employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.First of all,the goals and principles,subjects and methods of performance appraisal are clarified.Secondly,the fishbone diagram causality analysis method is used to determine the performance appraisal indicators of frontline employees,and the weight factor method is used to determine the weight of each index.After that,the cycle of performance appraisal was clarified,a communication and feedback mechanism were established,and the results of performance appraisal were fully applied.The fifth part is the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal plan for frontline employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.Through the above work,the problems in the performance appraisal of the front-line employees of the company were identified,and the problems were solved.The performance appraisal plan of the front-line employees of Shenyang Mint Co.,Ltd.was established,and safeguard measures were proposed.At the same time,it can provide reference for the design and implementation of performance appraisal plan of the enterprise and the same industry. |
