Research On High Quality Development Countermeasures Of Digital Agriculture In Jilin Province

In 2018,the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Jilin Province issued the Implementation Opinions on Implementing the digital agriculture Innovation Project to Promote the High quality Development of Agriculture,emphasizing vigorously promoting the digital agriculture innovation project,accelerating the development of digital agriculture,promoting agricultural and rural modernization through digitization,and helping rural revitalization.The 14 th Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China in2021 and the Outline of Long Range Goals for 2035 emphasize the need to create new advantages in the digital economy,promote the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy,and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Promote the development of new models and new business forms,and strengthen the new engine of economic development.As an important agricultural province and food base in China,Jilin Province plays a very important role.Agricultural development is of great significance to the local economy and national food security of Jilin Province.Jilin Province has its own advantages in the development of digital agriculture.In the context of the rapid development of the Internet and big data,digital agriculture is an important measure to conform to the trend of the times and historical trends.This article takes Jilin Province as the research object,using literature tracking,case analysis,and empirical analysis methods.Combined with the development status of digital agriculture in Jilin Province,this paper evaluates the development level of digital agriculture in Jilin Province and draws policy recommendations based on the development experience at home and abroad.First of all,the paper analyzes the prominent problems of digital agriculture in Jilin Province,such as insufficient capital investment,relatively weak digital infrastructure construction,incomplete agricultural and rural basic digital resource system,and insufficient talent reserve in digital agriculture.In view of these outstanding problems,we selected the developed countries of digital agriculture in the United States,Germany and Japan,as well as the leading provinces of digital agriculture in Shandong,Henan and Jiangsu for in-depth analysis.Learn from its development experience in digital infrastructure construction,digital resource system construction,digital agriculture talent training,etc.In the process of developing digital agriculture in digital agriculture,the government will increase capital investment,attach importance to the construction of digital infrastructure,improve the construction of digital resource system,focus on the cultivation of digital agriculture talents and other measures to achieve rural digitalization and agricultural intelligence,and promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Jilin Province.
