| With the rapid iterative update of science and technology,human resources have gradually replaced traditional natural resources such as oil and coal and become the resources that various enterprises,cities and even countries strive for.At the same time,economic integration and information globalization have become the main features of the current era.Through training,the ability of employees to perform their duties can be improved,and the corporate culture can be further promoted.Besides,the sense of belonging and identity of employees to the enterprise can be enhanced.After effectively reducing the cost of human resource management,the performance of the enterprise will also be continuously better.Various small and large enterprises are trying to make their own employees and relevant management personnel get a higher degree of job matching by training and cultivating talents.However,although government agencies at all levels formulate corresponding policies and provide various subsidies and incentives to provide preferential policies for enterprises to carry out personnel training,compared with foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises,state-owned enterprises are specially in human resource training management.There is still a big gap in responding to employee training needs,developing employees’ comprehensive capabilities,and improving job competencies.How to systematically optimize the existing training system,so that the corporate training system can not only improve the universality of the comprehensive capabilities of employees,but also more specifically improve the post competence of employees,has become a key problem that state-owned enterprises need to solve urgently in human resource management.CJ Group,formerly a public institution,has been transformed into an important provincial backbone enterprise and positioned as a functional state-owned capital investment and operation company.The group faces a relatively young age structure of personnel,insufficient business level of employees,and lack of enterprise for some employees during the development process.In terms of management experience,college graduates or employees with short work experience need systematic training,and less professional and targeted training.In this context,this thesis takes CJ Group as the research object.Based on theories of employee training,it analyzes the state of affairs that exists at a particular time,of state-owned enterprise CJ Group’s training through questionnaire surveys,etc.,With actual situation,explores the optimization of the training system,and proposes that it is suitable for state-owned enterprises.The actual situation of the enterprise CJ Group’s training results transformation countermeasures,so that the training system is optimized for the firm implementation of organizational performance,so as to ultimately improve the efficiency of the company and achieve a win-win situation for employees and the company.This research has enriched the talent training theory of state-owned enterprises,and provided ideas for the design of the training system for managers of state-owned enterprises in China.Through research and analysis of the current situation and problems of CJ Group’s training system,optimize the existing training system,align employee training with the company’s macro strategy,and provide talent motivation support for the development of the company.From an individual perspective,it can promote the improvement of employees’professional and technical abilities and comprehensive qualities,and the corresponding improvement of personal positions,ranks,and salaries,enhancing employees’ sense of belonging,satisfaction,and sense of achievement;Overall,CJ Group will continuously provide talent support and escort the high-quality development of the enterprise.At the same time,this study has certain guidance and reference significance for the optimization of the training system and talent cultivation of financial investment state-owned enterprises in our province. |
