| The concept of telecommuting was proposed in the 1970s.With the development of the Internet and instant messaging technology in recent years,the application of telecommuting has become more and more widespread.More and more companies use telecommuting as one of their employee benefits,allowing some employees to freely choose the office location on a specific workday,so as to improve their work autonomy.According to previous research on telecommuting,the research background is mostly set in the corporate environment where telecommuters and non-telecommuters coexist.The research objectives are mostly about those specific employees who enjoy telecommuting benefits.The discussion content is mainly about the interpersonal interaction between telecommuters and non-telecommuters under the same enterprise conditions.The study found that although telecommuters have a certain degree of autonomy in the choice of office location,they are often separated from other colleagues and miss opportunities for office interaction.On one hand,these conditions will cause these telecommuters to face suspicion,crowding out,and jealousy,on the other hand,it will affect the satisfaction and loyalty of telecommuters to the company.Company M is an Internet company that has implemented telecommuting for all stuffs since 2016.Company M’s business is mostly based on electronic communication,and there is relatively little demand for company M to deal with customers’ problems face-to-face.Most of the contact and promotion work can be completed through online management platforms and instant-messaging.Based on the organization method of telecommuting for all stuff,company M has established a new management system and penetrated into all aspects of personnel recruitment,training and so on.The telecommuting model of all stuff makes Company M unique from previous research objects.The interpersonal relationship among employees is harmonious,and employees have a high degree of identity with the company’s corporate culture,and have high satisfaction and loyalty.This study will take Company M as the research object to explore the characteristics of its interpersonal interaction in the telecommuting environment,so as to explore the effectiveness of this new office model and its applicability to similar enterprises.In addition,this article attempts to analyze the situation of interpersonal interaction and collaboration,to explore the satisfaction and loyalty of employees to the enterprise in the telecommuting environment,and then to explore its impact on the business development of the enterprise.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,combines the concept of telecommuting,the theory of interpersonal interaction with the actual implementation of company M,and draws the research conclusion.The innovation of this paper is to study the interpersonal interaction from the specific situation of all stuff telecommuting,which is completely different from the background of the coexistence of telecommuters and nontelecommuters in the past,so as to try to challenge the existing research conclusions and expand the connotation of telecommuting theory. |
