| In recent years,with the entry of my country’s economy into high-quality development,in the process of conversion of old and new kinetic energy,some companies with high leverage and high debt burden have been impacted by internal and external factors.Difficulties and problems have brought about the rise in credit risks of financial institutions and higher requirements for non-performing asset disposal business.For a long time,asset management companies have helped bank financial institutions and other non-financial institutions to resolve risks usually adopt traditional solutions(referring to discounts,packaging,lawsuits,auction).Adapt to new economic requirements and other issues.At the same time,with the continuous changes in the environment,more and more difficult companies,zombie companies,and overcapacity companies call more efficient and reasonable risk resolution and asset activation measures.Enterprise reorganization business has become an important business model that complies with markets and customer needs.Based on the corporate reorganization theory,this study has studied the problems of H Asset Management Branch on the reorganization of the Y Group.Specifically introduced the background and opportunities of the overall reorganization,the pain points and needs of each participant,the transaction structure arrangement,the specific process of reorganization,the production,finance,and management of the Y Group before and after the reorganization,and evaluated the overall effect of the reorganization business this time Essence It can be seen through comparative analysis that after the reorganization of the Y Group’s implementation of the H asset management branch,the company’s main product production and capacity utilization rate have been greatly improved,and the financial indicators have improved significantly.Essence On the whole,through the reorganization enterprise,it was able to restore normal operations,and the economic efficiency increased significantly.The non-performing assets of the creditors were resolved and dealt with.The unity of economic effects and social effects.At the same time,this study also pointed out that during the reorganization process of the Y Group’s implementation of the H asset management branch,investors also had difficulty matching,high debt risk prevention difficulties,lack of experience in bankruptcy managers,insufficient business innovation,incentive restraint measures,etc.The question,and from the actual situation of the H asset management branch,from the top-level design,internal and external collaboration,optimization process,team building and other levels,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.Finally,the specific analysis of this study based on the case gives a forward-looking outlook on the restructuring business of asset management companies. |
