| In recent years,my country’s interest rate market-based reform has changed,and the model of commercial banks relied on deposit and loan spreads to make a profit.Commercial banks need to accelerate the pace of transformation of their business,change the traditional profit model,seek new development in innovation,and enhance their competitiveness.The characteristics of small business risks,low cost,rich types,and high yields have become the first choice for commercial banks to conduct business transformation.China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch was established in 2001.In recent years,China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch’s depository and loan spreads have shrunk.There are many problems in the development of intermediate business,which has led to the slow growth of Xi’an Branch Bank’s profit growth.Therefore,this article uses the research target of the Xi’an branch,through research on the development status of the intermediate business,analyzing problems,finding the cause,and proposing a reliability countermeasures to promote the development of the middle business of the Xi’an Branch.First,the intermediate business of China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch analyzes the development of business profits,between business segments,between business agencies,internal branches,and regional industry development.Role;there is a large difference in business income under the business sector;the intermediate business income between business institutions is uneven;the development of branches in the system ranks 4th.Secondly,the problems in the intermediate business of the Xi’an Branch,mainly include: the scale of the development of intermediate business is slow;the development of business lines is uneven;the development of unbalanced development between business institutions;unreasonable product structure;insufficient collaborative linkage between business segments.Through interviews and investigations,the cause of the problem is that: insufficient attention to intermediate business;lack of sound intermediate business management mechanisms;single in intermediate business product marketing methods;insufficient comprehensive ability to serve customers;lack of middle business professional talents.Then,through PEST analyzes the macro environment of the middle business of China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch,the Porter Wuli model analyzes the industry environment of the intermediate business,and SWOT analyzes the internal environment of the middle business of the Xi’an Branch.The final result shows that China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch should choose the WO strategy,that is,through expanding business scale,improving product/service innovation,introducing composite professional talents,expanding new customers and stable old customers as their development strategy.Finally,the implementation suggestions are made to enhance the emphasis on intermediate business;innovate intermediate business products and services;enrich the marketing methods of intermediate business products;improve the comprehensive capabilities of service customers to promote the development of the middle business of the Xi’an Branch.And ensure the protection of funds,talents,and systems to ensure the implementation of the business development strategy of China CITIC Bank Xi’an Branch.The research of the middle business development of the Xi’an Branch not only provides thinking for the development of the intermediate business of the unit,but also provides a reference for the transitional development of the first-level branches under the jurisdiction of joint-stock commercial banks in the market competition. |
