Study On Supplier Selection Optimization Of S Mobile Company

Supply chain risk is an objective existence and a potential threat.It has a unique amplification effect,not only affecting a certain enterprise,but also causing damage and loss to upstream and downstream enterprises due to the fragility of the supply chain itself.Therefore,if we can fully understand and effectively prevent supply chain risks,we can completely reduce damage and loss,and even make use of supply chain risks to bring greater development to enterprises.At present,Chinese enterprises pay more and more attention to supplier management.Many enterprises,especially those in the information industry,have realized the important role of optimizing supplier management.However,due to the backward concept of supplier management and the influence of enterprise development strategy,most Chinese enterprises,especially communication operators,have great defects in supplier management.Therefore,in the current market environment with increasingly fierce competition and personalized user needs,in order to better enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to reasonably establish an index system for supplier selection and evaluation,so as to scientifically evaluate and select suppliers that meet the needs of enterprise development,has become the main problem faced by enterprises.In writing this paper,firstly,the background and significance of the chosen topic is introduced,and the existing literature on supplier management is briefly reviewed,while the research methodology and content of this paper are indicated.Secondly,the concepts related to supplier management are introduced,the supplier selection process is clarified,the supplier selection method applied to this paper is pointed out,and the supplier-related theories applied to this paper are analysed.Again,the current situation of supplier management in Company S is described,and the shortcomings of supplier management are pointed out.Based on the research results of supplier selection at home and abroad,as well as the development requirements of Company S,a supplier selection index system suitable for the development of Company S is established.The system specifically includes product selection,supplier cooperation capability,etc.The traditional hierarchical analysis method is innovatively integrated into the weighted arithmetic average method,and supplier selection indicators are selected and assessed through the innovative model.The model is used to explore the supplier selection problem of S Mobile and to conduct practical research and analysis on the supplier selection problem of the administrative approval integration project of Taiyuan City,to verify the practical application effect of the model designed in this paper and to prove that the model has certain generality and objectivity.Finally,based on the application of this research model,the key points and difficulties of S Mobile’s long-term supplier selection are explored,and targeted assurance strategies are proposed.It is hoped that this research will provide some basis for the development of supplier management in S Mobile.
