With the increasing demand for a better life and the emphasis on nutrition among the people,the demand for dairy products is also increasing.The traditional dairy supply chain involves many node enterprises,from the procurement and processing of raw milk from dairy farmers to the procurement,warehousing,and sales of finished milk.Dairy products,as a special product with a shelf life,are currently the most effective way for dairy companies to improve efficiency by delivering them to consumers faster and with higher quality,as well as reducing the bullwhip effect.Therefore,this article will evaluate and analyze the synergy of the downstream link,namely the sales side supply chain,to effectively improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself,and provide suggestions for the management of each node enterprise.Based on the relevant theories of synergetics,this study investigates the collaborative evolution and mechanism analysis of the sales side supply chain,indicating that order parameters play an important role in the collaborative evolution process.Based on this,an evaluation index system is established,a sales side supply chain collaboration evaluation model is constructed,and representative enterprises are selected for empirical analysis.By defining the relevant concepts of the operation process of the dairy products and sales side supply chain studied in this article,and introducing relevant theories such as selforganization principle and servo principle in synergetics.On the basis of theoretical research,the four operational processes of the sales side supply chain are treated as subsystems and briefly explained.The entire sales side supply chain is treated as a composite system.Through the review of relevant literature,the order parameter principle and servo principle are introduced to study and analyze the collaborative evolution mechanism of the sales side supply chain.A collaborative evolution model is established and simulated,and it is concluded that collaborative ability and profitability will promote the collaborative evolution of the sales side supply chain,This can lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the evaluation index system and evaluation model in the following text.By establishing an evaluation index system for the sales side supply chain,and using objective weighting,i.e.entropy weight model,to determine the index weight,instead of subjective weighting methods such as expert scoring,to ensure its objectivity.At the same time,a subsystem order degree model and a composite system coordination degree model are constructed based on the principle of order parameters,so that the overall evaluation and trend analysis of the coordination degree of the dairy product sales side supply chain can be carried out.Y Dairy,a representative dairy industry in the dairy industry,was selected as the empirical analysis object.Through the inquiry of enterprise annual reports,industry data and field research,we learned the basic situation of the enterprise in the sales side supply chain and obtained the index data for the six years from 2016 to 2021.Because the indicator units are not uniform,we need to normalize the original index data obtained,and through the established evaluation model,Obtain the order degree of each parameter within each subsystem and the order level of the four subsystems,and ultimately obtain the trend of the collaboration degree of the entire sales side supply chain system.It is concluded that the order degree of the demand prediction link in the four operational processes is the lowest,and the collaboration degree of the entire sales side supply chain has decreased linearly in 2018,followed by a steady increase.Therefore,some management suggestions and strategies are proposed for the enterprise.
