Research On The Impact Of Service Orientation Of Manufacturing Enterprises On Service Performance

With the rise and development of the service economy,the global manufacturing industry is changing from"production-oriented manufacturing" to "service-oriented manufacturing".By providing integrated services,companies deliver a business problem solution to customers,ultimately bringing differentiated competitive advantages to the company.Service-oriented manufacturing has become the basic trend of global manufacturing development,and it is considered the best choice to enhance the dynamic capabilities of enterprises and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.These practical activities have attracted more and more scholars’ attention to the service orientation of manufacturing enterprises.Under the servicedominant logic,the value creation mode of enterprises has changed,and exploring the mechanism of the influence of service orientation of manufacturing enterprises on service performance has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the research background of the service provision of manufacturing enterprises,this paper analyzes the connotation and extension of the service orientation of manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of service-oriented logic through analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature,and divides the service orientation of manufacturing enterprises into four dimensions:customer business orientation,resource orientation integration orientation,value co-creation orientation and service performance orientation.At the same time,the research content of this article is proposed based on the related literature of servicing,the theoretical model is constructed,and the corresponding research hypothesis is proposed.With the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises as the empirical research background,the research data is obtained,and the research hypothesis of this article is tested by statistical analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the service orientation of manufacturing enterprises has a significant positive impact on service performance.Second,the service orientation of manufacturing enterprises has a dynamic service innovation capability Has a significant positive impact;second,dynamic service innovation capabilities play an intermediary role in the relationship between the service orientation of a manufacturing company’s service performance.Third,the intensity of competition plays a role in the relationship between the service orientation of a manufacturing company’s service performance and service performance Regulating role,the greater the intensity of competition,the greater the impact of service orientation of manufacturing enterprises on service performance.The intensity of competition plays a moderating role in the influence of service orientation of manufacturing enterprises on dynamic service innovation capabilities.The greater the intensity of competition,the greater the impact of manufacturing enterprises on service performance.Service orientation has a greater impact on dynamic service innovation capabilities.This research attempts to innovate and make corresponding contributions in the following aspects:(1)It enriches the service-oriented theoretical framework and provides a more detailed research perspective for service innovation research.(2)Identify the four components of service orientation of manufacturing enterprises,and point out the direction for enterprises to improve their service innovation capabilities and service performance.(3)It proves the logical relationship between the service orientation of the manufacturing enterprise and the influencing factors,and provides a basis for further relevant research.
