With the advent of the era of big data,Internet finance has become a new driving force for China’s economic growth and profoundly affects the reconfiguration of China’s financial system.How to reposition retail financial business and enhance the competitiveness of retail business is one of the challenges faced by commercial banks under the impact of Internet finance.The traditional banking industry is gradually eroding its spread income based on deposit and loan and money business.Only by continuously innovating and keeping pace with the development of financial technology can they gain a foothold in the continuous iteration of traditional banks and fintech integrated banks.Based on this background,this thesis selects J Bank Guizhou Branch as the target of the study and formulates a corresponding competitive strategy for J Bank by using a combination of relevant strategic theories and field research.Based on the theories of strategic management,competitive strategy and retail banking,this study compares the current status of domestic and international research on competitive strategy and retail banking,and describes strategic management tools to provide a theoretical and methodological framework for the subsequent analysis.Subsequently,using the Guizhou branch of Bank J as a research case,the EFE matrix is established by analyzing its external environment.Understanding the current status of its retail business development,the analysis and summary establish the IFE matrix.Finally,the QSPM model is used to determine the type of competitive strategy as differentiation strategy,which is specifically realized through the differentiation of four aspects: product,service,customer group and marketing.We also establish a guarantee system to guarantee the successful implementation of competitive strategy in terms of sound institutional guarantee,perfect organization,promote human resource management and strengthen risk control.In order to have a rational reference for decision makers and peer business development.
