At present,commercial banks have many related business can be realized through online APP,but in the internal management process of commercial banks lack of digital thinking,the traditional operation and management model has been difficult to keep up with the ever-changing financial market needs.With the rapid increase of smartphone penetration,the division of financial service industry is becoming increasingly blurred and the convergence of service methods is extremely high.The traditional market environment analysis,service development process,data information exchange and analysis,and financial audit and supervision mechanism of commercial banks need to fully carry out digital transformation in order to gain advantageous position in the fierce market competition.After clarifying the current situation of WH Bank’s digital transformation and the arrangement of each element of internal control,this paper clarifies the principles of constructing the evaluation index system of the current situation of internal control,and selects the main internal control index items based on the five elements of internal control,combined with WH Bank’s actual operation situation and digital transformation needs,and accordingly constructs a multi-level evaluation system of WH Bank’s internal control under digital transformation.Based on this,a multi-level evaluation system of internal control of WH Bank under digital transformation was constructed.Subsequently,by using the hierarchical analysis method and combining the opinions of internal management personnel,the evaluation indicators of each dimension were assigned weights.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper establishes an evaluation model of the internal control situation of WH Bank in the context of digital transformation based on the weights obtained from the hierarchical analysis,and derives the overall average value and the evaluation results of each dimension.From the results,all dimensions of WH Bank’s internal control in the context of digital transformation need to be improved.Based on work practices and internal communication interviews,this paper summarizes the problems of each dimension of internal control in WH Bank in the context of digital transformation,mainly: insufficient talent pool and lack of digital internal control culture;lack of scientific quantitative risk early warning assessment system;incomplete separation of responsibilities and low level of implementation of internal control activities;lack of information management exchange platform and low efficiency of information communication;inadequate supervision and review mechanism and irregularities and fraud The phenomenon of irregularities and fraud is frequent.This paper aims to provide effective reference for commercial banks to build a new internal control system in the digital era,and help Chinese banks to improve their corporate operation and management in the era of digital transformation and enhance their market competitiveness.
