A Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Family Farms In Changsha City

In recent years,family farms have gradually become an important carrier for accelerating agricultural and rural development,increasing farmers’ income,and promoting township revitalization.Changsha City has made beneficial explorations in the development of family farms and achieved good results,but there are also many problems,such as low overall cultural quality of practitioners,unreasonable industrial structure,single business model,limited land transfer scale,imperfect financing system,weak government support,and incomplete top-level design.These problems need to be carefully studied and solved.This article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the development of family farms in Changsha city through data review,frontline research,and the use of ordered logistic regression analysis and ISM explanatory structural model.Firstly,based on the data analysis of the development of family farms in Changsha from 2018 to 2022,combined with field surveys and questionnaire surveys,it was found that the overall development of family farms in Changsha is characterized by a large volume and fast speed.Especially,family farms in the planting industry account for nearly half of the household farms in Changsha.At the same time,it points out the common problems in the development of family farms in Changsha.Secondly,a data model is used to analyze the factors that affect the development of family farms in Changsha,and conclusions are drawn:cultural level,industrial structure,raw material resource supply,transportation conditions,market demand,etc.are the main influencing factors;The registered capital is an intermediate indirect influencing factor;The situation of government subsidies is a deep-seated root cause factor.Finally,three typical family farms were selected for case analysis,including Qingtuo Family Farm,which focuses on agricultural sightseeing and tourism,Xiao Shenglan Family Farm,which mainly grows food crops,and Kangjun Family Farm,which mainly combines planting and breeding.The three farms have their own unique advantages,but also have their own limiting factors for development.By using PEST and SWOT analysis methods to comprehensively analyze and compare the environment,opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages of three typical family farms,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of family farms in Changsha.This article analyzes the development status of family farms in Changsha,explores the influencing factors of family farm development in Changsha,and proposes countermeasures to promote high-quality development of family farms in Changsha:strengthening publicity and training;Consolidate infrastructure;Plan top-level design;Increase support efforts;Strengthen risk control management;Expand financing channels;Promote transformation and upgrading,etc.
