| At present,industrial revitalization is an important foundation for rural revitalization and the premise for solving all rural problems.Rural industries are rich in connotation and diversified,which is an important support for consolidating and improving the achievements of all-round moderate prosperity,an important engine for promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and an important way to upgrade agriculture,prosper rural areas and enrich farmers.Meizhou City is known as "eight mountains,one water and one field",with superior climate and environment,rich agricultural resources,and complete natural conditions suitable for growing pomelo.As a local characteristic agricultural pillar industry,Meizhou pomelo ranks first in Guangdong in terms of production scale and is the second largest pomelo production base in China.With the upgrading of Meizhou’s pomelo industry,the output has maintained stable and abundant production,and has achieved good results in promoting the economic development of Meizhou and promoting rural revitalization,but it is also facing a series of prominent problems such as short industrial chain,shallow integration level,and insufficient element vitality,which urgently needs to strengthen guidance and accelerate development.the classic SCP paradigm framework in industrial organization theory can comprehensively explore the basic situation and market characteristics of Meizhou pomelo industry from the aspects of industrial structure,industrial behavior and market performance.Taking Meizhou pomelo industry as the research object,this paper uses data analysis,field research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,according to the development status of Meizhou pomelo industry,respectively,comprehensively and systematically analyzes its market structure,market behavior and market performance and clarifies the mutual influence relationship between the three,analyzes the constraints of industrial development,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote industrial development,and finally achieves the purpose of optimizing the market structure of Meizhou pomelo industry,standardizing the main market behavior and improving the overall market performance.The research results show that the root causes of the problems of unbalanced market entity structure,loose organization of market behavior and relatively low market performance in Meizhou pomelo industry are:in terms of market behavior,although Meizhou pomelo industry has great development potential,it has narrow sales area,high market concentration,single variety structure,small product differentiation and high entry and exit barriers.In terms of market behavior,Meizhou pomelo industry has a good performance of long-term price stability,but the level of brand building is low,the degree of industrialization organization is low,and the transformation of innovation achievements is not obvious enough;In terms of market performance,it is accompanied by problems such as unbalanced allocation of industrial resources,low efficiency,urgent need to expand industrial scale,low level of business structure system construction,slow industrial technological change,and backward production management methods.In this regard,this paper analyzes the constraints to the development of Meizhou pomelo industry from the aspects of overall layout,industrial organization,management system,technological innovation and brand building,and proposes that the government can take the following countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Meizhou pomelo industry.First,make overall planning of the overall layout,adjust the variety structure,and expand the scale of the base;Second,optimize the industrial organizational structure,promote diversified business models,promote the construction of comprehensive industrial parks,and improve the agricultural socialization service system;Third,improve the industrial management structure system and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the industry;Fourth,accelerate the technological change of "production-processing-circulation-sales" and popularize the application of innovative technologies;Fifth,improve the level of brand building and promote the upgrading of brand image. |
