FA Corporation Procurement Management Optimizing Study

Most electronic manufacturing enterprises are still in low-value-added raw material assembly stage in our country.Supply chain procurement occupies the core service position and about 75%in the production cost.Face with the increasingly fierce market competition environment,how to optimize its procurement management with effective measures through design specific enterprise procurement management modes and measures according to the medium and long-term goals,has become a practical problem have to face for electronic product manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of supply chain management combined with the specific characteristics of procurement management of electronic manufacturing enterprises in our country at this stage,in-depth understanding of the current situation of FA company’s electronic raw material procurement management through on-site and conference discussions,paper conducts research on relevant personnel within company,analyzes the company’s internal financial data and daily work data tables for revealing the problem points in FA company’s procurement management and put forward optimization plans accordingly.Based on the perspective of supply chain,we discuss the optimization of FA Company’s raw material procurement management.The results of this paper show that:first,as an electronic product manufacturing enterprise,FA company’s procurement management problems include:poor foresight of raw material demand,inadequate planning management,electronic Low raw material turnover rate,weak internal control of procurement management,lack of raw material procurement supervision,imperfect supplier selection and evaluation standards,lack of scientific management of raw material supply fluctuations,etc.Secondly,through date case analysis,we can find that the concept of supply chain is suitable for FA Company’s procurement management,which realizes FA company’s raw material procurement management optimization through demand management,planning management,inventory management,internal control,supplier management and other aspects.
