| Digital economy as a new economic form,to the traditional industrial structure upgrading and transformation has a significant effect.This paper discusses the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of traditional industrial structure,and selects panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2013 to 2021.Firstly,the index system of digital economy development level of each province in China is established from the four aspects of digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,industrial digitalization and digital innovation environment,and the global principal component analysis method is used to calculate the digital economy development index of each province.Combined with the labor productivity index of each industry,the measuring model is constructed to measure the upgrading index of industrial structure of each province in our country.Secondly,in order to study the heterogeneous impact of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure,this paper innovatively combined the fixed effect model and quantile regression model to analyze the changes in the impact of digital economy on the upgrading level of industrial structure under different quantiles.Finally to explore the digital economy and industrial structure upgrade possible spatial correlation characteristics,this article is based on nested geographic and economic distance weighting matrix Dubin model,build space resolution digital economy spatial spillover effect on industrial structure upgrade.The empirical analysis reaches the following conclusions:First,the digital economy index and the upgrading level of industrial structure of all provinces in China show an overall growth trend from 2013 to 2021,but the development of eastern China is much higher than that of central and western China in space,indicating that there is a phenomenon of inconsistent development between regions.Second,the digital economy impact on industrial structure upgrade existing nonlinear and showed a trend of increasing marginal effect.That is,with the upgrading level of industrial structure rising from low quantile to high quantile,the promoting effect of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure is gradually strengthened.Third,both the development of digital economy and the upgrading level of industrial structure have positive spatial spillover effect.Correlation among them,the digital economy development index space overall is a declining trend,namely the spatial spillover effect weakened,in 2021,down 34%compared with 2013 levels,the H-H agglomeration provinces(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and the Yangtze river delta)digital economy development condition is good,all kinds of factors of production can be formed between the provinces high-speed bidirectional flow.Industrial structure upgrade level showed a trend of twists and turns up the space correlation,compared with 2013 in 2021 rose by 0.06,the H-H province are concentrated mainly concentrated in the east of Beijing,Tianjin and other areas.The results of spatial Dubin model show that the development of digital economy has positive direct effect and spillover effect on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. |
