| With the passage of time, the problems of ambiguous rights and responsibilities, lack of strict protection and unclear ownership of rural collective assets have become increasingly prominent.Under such circumstances, the reform of the rural collective property rights system has been announced.Carrying out resource allocation work,on the other hand, will also help stimulate the economic development power of the vast rural areas, thereby promoting the continuous increase of farmers’ income. This move is mainly to stimulate the development vitality of the rural collective economy, and at the same time realize the optimization of the efficiency of rural resource allocation, thereby effectively increasing the income of the vast number of farmers. It can be seen that the research on the impact of this reform on farmers’ income has crucial practical value, which can lay a solid theoretical foundation for its better development, and it should be given enough attention and attention. This paper takes the income structure of farmers’ families as a starting point, and introduces important theories such as income distribution, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact mechanism and theoretical model of the rural collective property rights system reform on farmers’ family income.Through a survey of all farmers in two villages under the jurisdiction of Dajijia Street in Yantai City as a data sample,it is found that, compared with 2017,the total household income, property income, wage income, operating income and transfer income of farmers in 2019 Sexual income has increased to a certain extent, and the growth rates are 11051 yuan,880 yuan,4642 yuan,3474 yuan and2077 yuan respectively. On this basis, this paper also uses the method of multiple linear regression to carry out an empirical study. It shows that the reform of rural collective property rights system can promote the growth of farmers’ family income to a certain extent. At the same time, the regression results of income data show that the increase of farmers’ family income is positively affected by the increase in the area of ??farmers’ transferred land, which further confirms the above conclusion. It is worth noting that, given that the problem of heterogeneity exists widely in the income of farmers, the implementation of the reform of the rural collective property rights system has produced a certain promotion for farmers’ various incomes.Affected by this, the income structure of farmers has corresponding changes, which ultimately stimulated an increase in total income. In addition, there is a close correlation between the income of farmers’ families and the number of migrant workers. It can be seen that this system reform has stimulated the outflow of rural labor, which in turn has a positive boosting effect on farmers’ income and other aspects..To sum up,based on the in-depth discussion of the influence of the rural collective property rights system on the income of farmers’ families, this paper confirms the important role of the rural collective property rights system in promoting the income of farmers’ families, and then shows that it has an important role.value.The main research purpose of this paper is: to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the better development of the rural collective property rights system,to help it better promote the growth of farmers’ family income, and to promote the reform work to be further successful.Based on the above research,it is not difficult to find that,on the one hand, the reform of rural collective property rights will help to promote the continuous improvement of farmers ’ income, and on the other hand,it can also significantly stimulate the rural collective economy. It is necessary to encourage the vast number of farmers to start their own businesses and increase their mobility.Second,it is necessary to cooperate with rural collective operating assets to carry out the reform of the shareholding cooperative system. |
