| Beginning in the late 1980s,some multinational companies began to use outsourcing model to outsource non-core business to professional service providers in order to save operating costs and improve operational efficiency.As a kind of business outsourcing,logistics outsourcing has become an important trend in the development of China ’s logistics industry and an important way for logistics companies to save management costs.With the continuous close ties at home and abroad,accelerating the pace of economic globalization,international logistics demand is also growing,and strong demand has also brought fierce market competition.With the increasing intensity of competition,express delivery companies are looking for ways to save costs and improve service quality.There must be suppliers to provide transport capacity when there is transport demand,and how to better evaluate and select suppliers has become a difficult problem for enterprises.Based on the current situation of express enterprise Y company,this paper obtains the evaluation index when selecting suppliers through questionnaire survey and expert interview,and uses analytic hierarchy process to select suppliers and optimize the selection process.At the same time,according to the interview results,the Y company ’s international logistics supplier procurement system problems were analyzed,showing the simplification of supplier selection,low price elasticity,supplier assessment is not scientific enough.Based on the current research status,combined with the actual business and needs of Y company,the author puts forward countermeasures to find problems under the existing system norms.By adjusting the introduction system of international express delivery suppliers,alleviate the pressure of transportation capacity and optimize transportation costs;by adjusting the supplier quotation method,splitting the quotable nodes,making full use of Y company ’s own land transportation advantages,reducing outsourcing links,and saving overall logistics costs;by improving the supplier service quality assessment mechanism,the assessment indicators and their applications are more scientific,and can also provide evaluation data support for transportation procurement.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the study through the study and summary of domestic and foreign literature.This paper analyzes the current situation of Y company ’ s selection of international logistics suppliers,determines the main evaluation indexes,and puts forward the existing problems.At the same time,based on the actual business,provides optimization strategy.This helps Y company to improve the overall service quality,reduce transportation costs,and also provides a practical basis for enterprises in the same field. |
