| The pharmaceutical industry has always been a popular industry and has an important position in China’s national economy.Driven by social and economic development,health issues have become the focus of people’s attention.Both the national policy level and the needs of the people have put forward higher requirements for the pharmaceutical industry,and the standards have been constantly improved.The pharmaceutical industry is also recognized as a high threshold and large investment industry,especially the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises,a large number of enterprises,the industry competition is fierce.In the pharmaceutical industry,equity is the media to encourage employees and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,which is adopted by more and more enterprises.This dissertation takes TY as the main research object.First,the domestic and foreign literature was combed,Explain the theoretical basis of the ESOP and the current development situation in China;Then by passing through the specific cases,Starting from the current situation and equity structure of TY Company,Study and analyze the reasons and motivation of the ESOP,Scientific design of the ESOP specific content and supporting measures in combination with relevant theories;Then by comparative analysis,Focus on the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the ESOP impact,driven by agency cost,employee turnover rate and profitability,To summarize its actual incentive effect,The final conclusion is finally presented.The study found that the original equity structure of TY has realized employee ownership,but due to historical reasons,there are some problems and did not give full play to the advantages of equity structure.The company develops slowly and the employee turnover rate is high.In this period,the ESOP will improve the existing problems in the scheme design and implementation rules,the implementation object is inclined to high-level,middle-level,and sales staff,and supporting the high-level annual salary system assessment to distribute dividends after realizing the target,and the incentive effect is obvious.This article thinks,with "employee stock ownership plan + annual salary assessment + target system bonus" mode to alleviate the agent contradiction,retain the core talent,improve the enterprise efficiency has positive incentive effect,and can build the technical backbone,ensure the consistency of the interests of both sides,and then promote the rapid development of the enterprise,worth learning from unlisted companies. |
