| More and more commercial banks have devoted themselves to small and micro enterprise credit,turning to the long-tail customers in recent years.With the rapid development of small and micro credit businesses,commercial banks are also facing various risks represented by operational risks while reaping the dividends.As a local rural commercial bank,H Bank always adheres to the development concept of "Based on Local" " Support of the ‘three rural’ and small-micro businesses",developing small and micro enterprise credit businesses vigorously.In recent years,the small and micro credit businesses of H Bank ranks in the forefront of the city where it is located.Therefore,H Bank was selected as the research object to analyze the operational risk management of small and micro enterprise credit.The thesis mainly adopts a combination of research literature,field investigations and case studies.On the basis of the concepts related to operational risk management and internal controls,the basic situation of small and micro enterprise credit and the current situation of operational risk management of H Bank was introduced by using the data from surveys.Also,the thesis analyzes the current operational risk management problems in the pre-loan,in-loan and post-loan businesses,and the causes from the four factors of "people,systems,processes,external".Finally,the thesis puts forward some promotion suggestions,such as optimizing the operational risk management system,strengthening the construction of “Compliance Bank”,optimizing the performance evaluation methods and accelerating the construction of digital operational risk management system.In the process of research on H Bank,the thesis analyzes the basic situation of its operational risk management,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies for the existing problems,which would have certain significance for raising H Bank’s ability to manage and control risks,promoting its financial service,and healthy development of its small and micro enterprise credit businesses. |
