Feasibility Study On Asset Acquisition Project Of Hongliangzi Water Supply Co.,LTD

As the most basic element of life security,urban water supply is not only an important support for urban construction,but also an important factor affecting the happiness of urban residents.The county water supply company which was state-owned of Xuyong County,Luzhou City,was transferred to a private enterprise in 2003 due to poor management.However,because private enterprises have no long-term business intentions adn no comprehensive planning of water supply operations,result in quality and quantity of water cannot be guaranteed.At the same time,the county water supply company does not attach enough importance to the water supply market,the former rural water supply enterprise Xuyong County Hongliangzi Water Supply Co.,Ltd.has also gradually participated in the county water supply work,resulting in more and more chaos in the water supply market in Xuyong County.In order to solve the above problems,Xuyong County water supply market urgently needs to be integrated and unified management.This paper takes the asset acquisition project of Xuyong County Hongliangzi Water Supply Co.,Ltd.as the main research object.First,through reviewing relevant information,investigating the real situation of enterprises and assets,the framework of feasibility study is formed.Secondly,by analyzing the current policies,investigating the production operation,using the method of net present value and the method of internal rate of return and other research methods,the paper focuses on the detailed study of the policy feasibility,technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the project,and obtains the feasibility of the project in policy,technology,economy and other aspects.After that,the risk points of the project were put forward through the internal discussion of the company,and the importance of each risk of the project was quantitatively analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process,and the targeted risk coping methods were proposed.Finally,after summary and conclusion,the author of this paper believes that the project meets the requirements of national policies and regulations,the risks are controllable,the economic benefits meet the expectations of enterprises,and it is feasible.
