| Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park is located in the heart of Chengguan district,which is established on the basis of the old office area of 510 Institute,the park adjacent to several major research institute,such as Lanzhou Branch of The Chinese Academy of Sciences and Lanzhou university,which with full-bodied scientific atmosphere.510 institute opened the industrial park in 2016 by improved the infrastructure gradually of the old office and modify idle workshop,and hand over to Lanzhou Huayu aerospace technology limited liability company for management.Up to now,there are more than 30 enterprises in the park,which can steadily generate more than 6 million yuan for the company every year.Within a few years development,Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park intends to determine the main business mode of science and technology industrial park and achieve industrial income by the incubation results of the mass innovation space,but the expected results have not been achieved.At present,the park is still dominated by lease income.Although the rental income is fair,the lease income of the park will decline significantly in the context of the outbreak of the epidemic and fierce competition for investment promotion,as well as changes in the operation of the park itself.In order to achieve the "high-quality" development goal,the park must clarify the industrial direction,integrate the advantages of the aerospace system high-tech equipment manufacturing industry into the industrial chain development of the park,and realize the development pattern of scientific and technological innovation industry agglomeration and integration,making it the flagship of Lanzhou Science and Technology Industrial Park,and also need the guidance of new competition strategies.This paper reviews the development of Lanzhou Huayu Science and technology Industrial Park,to analyze the internal and external situation of Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park by Pest Analyzer and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model.It also analyzes the competitors of the park in Lanzhou city,by using the external environmental factor evaluation matrix(EFE),the paper puts forward the opportunities and threats of Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park.Secondly,the internal resources of Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park are sorted out from the aspects of specific resources,intangible resources and human resources,after analyzing the operation management ability of the park,the internal environmental factor evaluation matrix(IFE)is used to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages of Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park.Then,carry out SWOT and QSPM matrix analysis of park resources,combining with the strategic objectives and positioning of Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park,it is determined that the current competitive strategy the park should choose is differentiation strategy,and the corresponding implementation plan is put forward.In order to achieve the new strategic goal,this paper puts forward three differentiation strategy schemes,the work should be carried out from the following aspects:positioning differentiation,business model differentiation,incubation model differentiation,then put forward four relevant guarantee from the policy support,financial support,human resources,organizational structure of Lanzhou Huayu Science and technology Industrial Park competition strategy,promote Lanzhou Huayu Science and Technology Industrial Park to get out of the development misunderstanding and truly gain the competitive advantage of the park. |
