| With the vigorous development of new technologies,big data,intelligence,cloud computing and other aspects are changing every traditional field,and corporate financial management is also at the threshold of transformation.The traditional financial management system that focuses on accounting can no longer meet the needs of current corporate management.As the entry point for corporate financial transformation,financial sharing plays a vital role in promoting business and financial integration,optimizing organizational processes,improving financial operation efficiency,and establishing financial big data.It solves the shortcomings of inefficiency in the construction of financial functions through effective operation,and integrates relevant resources to establish a unified and fast financial information sharing platform to achieve the strategic goals and value enhancement of the enterprise.It is a research subject with both theoretical value and practical significance.This dissertation mainly adopts the case analysis method,and selects the financial shared service center of insurance company A as the research object.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,the dissertation first elaborates the related concepts,theoretical basis and development history of financial shared services;secondly,it briefly describes the operating status of the financial shared service center of company A,including company profile,construction background,operating mechanism and the operational effectiveness of the company;then,through questionnaire surveys,the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the A company’s financial shared service center,including unsound organizational structure,unreasonable business processes,inadequate risk control,imperfect communication mechanisms,unscientific personnel management and unintelligent information systems;finally clarifies the optimization goals and optimization principles,targets optimization design in business processes,risk control,personnel management,etc.,and provides safeguard measures to optimize the implementation of the plan.This dissertation hopes that through the optimization research of the financial shared service center of A company,problems existing in its current operation can be better solved,and the operational effectiveness of A company can get further improved.At the same time,it can also provide reference and guidance for enterprises to establish and optimize the financial shared service center. |
