In recent years,the community e-commerce platform has gradually entered people’s field of vision,and it is a new shopping mode.It relies on social applications,operating applets and APP tools,and combines online and offline to meet the consumer demand in a certain area.Affected by this epidemic,community e-commerce has ushered in further development,but the rapid rise of many participants has made the competition among community e-commerce platforms more and more fierce.The competition between enterprises is ultimately the competition between supply chains,and the competitive advantage of supply chains is the cooperation ability among enterprises in the supply chain.Therefore,if community e-commerce enterprises want to be in an advantageous position in the fierce competition,they must promote the cooperation of supply chain.Based on the background of X-preferred community e-commerce platform,this paper analyzes the current situation of supply chain cooperation and the participants of X-preferred supply chain,and finds that there are some problems,such as the participants are not actively involved in cooperation and the supervision of X-preferred supply chain is not in place.To solve the problem that the main bodies in the supply chain are not actively involved in cooperation,considering the influence of consumers,based on the value co-creation theory,a cooperative evolution game model of X-preferred community e-commerce platform-supplier,X-preferred community e-commerce platform-community leader and X-preferred community e-commerce platform-grid station service provider is established,and resources are integrated through pairwise interaction.Through calculation,it is found that the proportion of profit increase(Ki)and the purchasing power(f)of consumers brought by the best participation of the participants in the X-optimal supply chain can promote the enthusiasm of the profit mechanism,while the cost(Cij)required by the participants to do their best to participate in the cooperation can inhibit the enthusiasm of the participants.Through the model simulation conclusion,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for each participant,so as to improve the enthusiasm of each participant in the X-optimal supply chain.To solve the supply chain supervision problem,by introducing the supervision delay parameter A of X-optimized community e-commerce platform,a tripartite game model is established to discuss the supervision opportunity of X-optimized community e-commerce platform to suppliers and grid station service providers.The community supervision delay will have an impact on the whole supply chain and the individual profits of participants.The community e-commerce platform can effectively guarantee the stability of cooperation among all participants in the supply chain by earnestly performing the contract and supervising.The cooperation mechanism and supervision opportunity of X-optimal supply chain proposed in this paper can not only solve the problems of X-optimal supply chain cooperation and supervision,but also provide the basis and method for X-optimal supply chain management optimization.By improving the enthusiasm of supply chain participants in cooperation,consumer satisfaction can be improved and consumer complaint rate can be reduced.Finally,the cooperation among all participants in X-preferred supply chain can be promoted and the competitiveness of X-preferred in community e-commerce industry can be enhanced.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other community e-commerce platform enterprises.
