Analysis Of Influence Of Double Circulation On High Quality Development Of Provincial Economy

The dual cycle strategy is an important strategy for China to achieve high-level economic growth.Through deep participation in the new development model of the dual cycle,my country can better and faster convert old kinetic energy into new kinetic energy,thereby promoting the high-quality development of my country’s economy.So,what kind of role my country’s dual circulation plays in the high-quality provincial economy is a question worthy of our in-depth study.After doing a lot of research and sorting out relevant literature on circular economy,internal circulation,external circulation,new development pattern of double circulation,and high-quality economy,based on the availability of data,this paper takes 30 provinces in my country from2010 to 2019(City)panel data is used as the research object,and two index systems are constructed respectively—the dual cycle index system and the high-quality economic development index system.The weights in the indicator system are calculated by the entropy method,and then each development index is calculated.In the part of double cycle measurement,this paper tries to use the inflow and outflow in my country’s regional inputoutput table as the relevant indicator data for measuring the inner cycle and outer cycle respectively at the initial stage.Since there is only one regional input-output table every five years,the data The amount is too small.In this regard,I also thought about using the RAS method commonly used by scholars to calculate the data of the input-output table in the middle year.Since the data required in this paper is the conditional(known)data using the RAS method,it is impossible to use this method to calculate the inputoutput table in the middle years,so the dual-cycle development level is measured by constructing an index system.In the process of constructing the two major index systems,due to the large number of small indexes and the existence of correlation,the small indexes in the respective index systems were finally determined after repeated attempts.Finally,the panel data model is constructed using the indices obtained from the two major index systems to analyze the impact of the dual cycle on the high-quality economic development of 30 provinces in my country.In the process of model construction,according to the relevant econometric theories,first determine which panel data model to use,then distinguish between fixed effects and random effects,and finally determine the model for estimation.The research conclusions are as follows:On the whole,the development level of my country’s dual circulation is very stable and shows a slow upward trend,but the development level is not high;the development level of the internal circulation is also very stable,showing an overall upward trend,slightly higher than the development level of the dual circulation;the external circulation The development level is the lowest of the three development levels and shows a slow downward trend.The level of high-quality economic development continues to improve,but at the same time there are also problems such as lack of regional innovation and unbalanced economic development.The level of comprehensive development is generally not high,but it shows a trend of continuous growth.Regional green development,shared development,and regional openness are relatively stable.Innovation capabilities need to be enhanced urgently,and coordinated development is showing a downward trend.The new development pattern of the double cycle has promoted the high-quality development of the economy.For now,the overall promotion effect is weak,and the level of double cycle development between regions shows a large difference,and there is a serious imbalance.The promotion effect of the domestic cycle on high-quality development is the most significant,and the imbalance phenomenon has been improved compared with the dual cycle;the promotion effect of the development level of the external cycle is the least,and the imbalance between provinces and regions is the most serious.All in all,my country’s dual cycle development level is very stable and shows a slow upward trend,but the level of development is not high,and the regions are relatively coordinated;the level of high-quality economic development in various regions is quite different,and regional economic development is also uneven.Only a few provinces The(city)level of highquality development is relatively good.It can be seen that the level of highquality economic development in most regions needs to be further improved;circulation plays a role in promoting high-quality economic development,among which internal circulation plays the largest role in promoting,followed by double circulation.Larger gap.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in response to the above conclusions:(1)Let the high-quality development of the economy maximize their role in promoting,and at the same time,make up for shortcomings and reduce friction and conflicts on the road to high-quality economic development.
