Since the 1980 s,with the recovery and development of the world economy,innovations and breakthroughs in information technology have profoundly affected the thinking and working methods of business managers.The shared service center model led by Ford Company came into being,and the concept of shared service began to permeate the thinking of group executives.Shared services are used to centrally integrate and control the internal information resources scattered throughout the enterprise,save unit costs through efficient work methods,and use standardized processes to provide corresponding value-added services for various departments,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and continuously improve the value of the enterprise.The financial shared service center model is exactly a new type of accounting and reporting business management method created by the group company in the context of the information age in combination with the development of its own actual business and the process of responding to the business.As a new financial management model,it is emerging and popularized in many multinational companies and large domestic group companies.China’s financial shared service center was first established by ZTE in 2005,and in the following 10 years,a series of leading management companies such as China Development Bank and China Mobile have landed and practiced.and practiced.JDSK Group is based on its own business management model and financial management status.Starting from the actual implementation effect,propose relevant solutions to the existing problems of the enterprise,and quantitatively evaluate the effects of related constructions.The specific research is carried out from the following aspects: First,the research background,purpose,status description and research significance of the process construction and re-engineering of the financial shared service center model are introduced.Then this article further elaborates on the related concepts and related theoretical foundations of financial shared services,shared service centers,and processes.Secondly,take JDSK Group as an example to conduct a detailed analysis from two aspects of the company’s financial management status and problems.Mainly describe the status quo of the financial sharing center process from the perspective of the status quo of the organization structure and the current financial system and accounting.At the same time,the problems of high financial management cost,low information interaction efficiency,and weak overall financial management and control ability of group companies in financial management are carried out.Profiling.In addition,the feasibility of constructing the process of JDSK financial sharing center was evaluated from multiple angles.Finally,an overview of the overall goals and framework of the JDSK financial shared service center process,and then further explore the process construction analysis of JDSK from the perspectives of accounts payable,accounts receivable,fund settlement,expense reimbursement,and general ledger accounting.At the same time,it evaluates the effect of JDSK financial shared service center process construction,and makes further in-depth analysis in combination with system problems and indicators in practical work.
