Manufacturing as the country’s leading industry has promoted the development of the national economy,driven national economic growth,and provided many employment opportunities for the nation.In today’s era relying on information technology,as the main force promoting the deep integration of industrialization and information technology,whether the manufacturing industry can develop with high quality also determines the growth of the national economy.Low production efficiency and high manufacturing cost limit the progress of high level manufacturing industry.As a labor-intensive industry,the low balance rate of the production line is an important factor causing low production efficiency.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and application value to optimize the balance of the garment production line.In this thesis,S company is taken as the research object to solve the low production balance rate problem of product line Y.Firstly,the present situation of S company and the technological process of Y product are introduced,the stopwatch method is used to measure the operation time of each operation unit of product Y production line,and the standard operation time is worked out.The bottleneck process is analyzed,and the relevant balance index is calculated.Flexsim is used to simulate the production line,and the utilization rate and vacancy rate of each process are obtained.Secondly,combined with the actual situation,through the fishbone diagram analysis to find out the factors causing the low production balance rate,and combined with the Pareto analysis to find out the main factors affecting the problem,in the following paper to focus on improving.Thirdly,when optimizing the production line,the two-handed operation analysis method,the 5W1 H interrogation technique,and the ECRS principle are used to optimize the bottleneck process.Then,0-1 integer programming is used to model the class Ⅰ balance and class Ⅱ balance of Y product line,and the operation elements are readjured.The lingo software is used to obtain the optimal results of these two kinds of optimization schemes.Finally,6S management is used to make suggestions for site improvement,and then reasonable measures are put forward for personnel management and equipment management.The optimized production line is simulated by Flexsim again,and it is concluded that the processing rate of Y product production line is above 65%.Bottleneck equilibrium rate of Y product line increased by 3.1%.After optimization of the production line by digital modeling,the equilibrium ratio of class Ⅰ balanced production line is increased from 43.3% to 79.08%,and the balance rate of class Ⅱ balanced production line is increased to 71.59%.After comparing the optimized indicators and combining with the actual situation,class Ⅰ balance is finally selected as the optimization scheme.
