Twenty-first century is an information age.It is the advanced Internet and communication technology that push the whole society into an e-commerce age.Based on the E-commerce platform,live streaming e-commerce is connecting consumers with companies,creating more trades for both sides.No matter what kind of sale strategy the companies choose,the most important is to win stable customer resources.Only in this way can an company win more market fairs.Under such a situation,a new marketing concept that focuses all attention on consumers comes into being.As for the companies,only by focusing on the consumers and improving their satisfaction for the products and service they buy,can an company gain sustainable development.There is no doubt that improving consumers’ satisfaction degree must be the most effective way to defend business risks for an company.Y company,a bacon flavor snacks company.It is a private company mainly producing and selling bacon flavor snacks.In 2018,it set up its own E-commerce platform.Meanwhile,this company set up a live streaming e-commerce platform to sell its snacks.But at present,the sale achievement through live streaming e-commerce platform is much poor than that of physical store.The problem mainly results from the company’s low understanding for a live streaming e-commerce.The company ignores the importance of consumers’ feeling towards its products and services,which results in less people pay attention to its live streaming e-commerce platform.Many consumers are not only unsatisfied with hosts’ sale style but also its online and offline services,all of which lead to the poor sale achievement from live streaming e-commerce.So this paper focuses on its consumers’ satisfaction degree through live streaming e-commerce to research how to solve the urgent problem.Based on some theories like “market management theory,consumer satisfaction degree theory,etc”,this paper mainly analyzed the consumers’ satisfaction degree under the live streaming e-commerce in Y company.At first,I elaborated some materials concerning consumer satisfaction at home and abroad.Secondly,I interviewed the staffs from this company to know how they can master the live streaming e-commerce and also gave out some questionnaires to consumers to know how they are satisfied with the service from the company’s live streaming e-commerce.Based on those datas from the interview、sales volume and surveys,i concluded that the consumers are not satisfied with the company’s live streaming e-commerce.Some problems such as the on-line product is far from the real ones,bad exchanging feeling and low product quality,etc,all of which result from the company’s low understanding of live streaming e-commerce.Base on the consumer satisfaction degree theory,this paper analyzed some useful strategies to solve the current problems the company is facing.This paper aims to offer some valuable references to Y company,which can assist it to find out some defects existing in its live streaming e-commerce and point out how to improve its live streaming e-commerce to satisfy more consumer group.I hope all these can guide Y company to make good progress.
