With the vigorous development of digital technology,Internet enterprises,relying on their technological advantages,have impacted the traditional banking industry from products,services,marketing means and other aspects.As an important channel for traditional banks to provide financial services,bank physical outlets,although unable to be completely replaced by the Internet in the short term,still face many problems such as reduced passenger flow,inefficient processes,high costs,and so on.Only by carrying out the digital transformation of outlets can they improve their own efficiency,reduce operating costs,and adapt to the current market environment.This paper takes the regional urban commercial bank,NB Bank,as the research object.In view of the many pain points encountered in the transformation of its offline physical outlets,such as the isolation of various business systems,the formation of data islands,the difficulty in improving the customer experience in the halls,and the difficulty in actually reducing the number of employees,starting from the current situation of the completion of the physical transformation of outlets and the completion of equipment delivery,through SWOT method,analyzes and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the digital transformation of NB Bank outlets Opportunities and challenges,and then put forward a reference plan for the digital transformation of NB bank outlets.The plan is carried out around three aspects: improving the efficiency of business handling of outlets,reducing the comprehensive operating costs of outlets,and strengthening the ability of risk control of outlets.The digital upgrading of the hall system can be achieved through three means: breaking through the data application barriers between departments and systems,establishing a unified platform for hall machines and tools,and realizing the interconnection and complementarity of online and offline channels;By reducing the volume of high-counter business,releasing the occupied manpower,centralizing business processing,reducing the complexity of outlets,and providing one-stop service by using portable equipment,so as to realize hall intelligence and channel diversion;By promoting the change of employees’ post responsibilities,establishing a perfect post work system,and carrying out the training of employees’ digital skills,we can comprehensively promote the transformation of employees’ ideology.In order to protect the possible risks in the operation of outlets during the transformation process,through the transformation and upgrading of the existing risk control system,a risk management mechanism of pre-portrait access,in-process joint prevention mechanism and post-event automatic disposal is formed to control business risks.At the same time,for the changes brought about by the digital transformation,the management measures of the stock should be adjusted accordingly to realize the upgrading of paperless halls,de-duplication cavitation,on-demand escort and other measures,so as to ensure the reduction of the operation and maintenance costs of outlets and the improvement of efficiency,and reflect the effect of the digital transformation of outlets.
